After each use, while holding the spray head, turn the water OFF at the water source. Allow the water to drain by locking the spray head in the open position. As water drains, the hose will contract back to its original length
DO NOT drag the hose over fences, cement walls or over rough surfaces as this can damage and puncture the hose pipe.
Protect your Hose during the harsh winter months by ensuring it is drained of all water before storage, as remaining water left in the hose can freeze, damaging the Hose.
