Easylife Delivery & Returns Policy

At Easylife, we want your shopping experience to be simple, reliable, and stress-free. Below you’ll find all the key information about delivery, returns, cancellations, and your rights as a customer.

Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Delivery timeframe: Please allow up to 28 days in case of stock delays.
  • Carriers: Orders are delivered by Australia Post or selected courier partners, depending on the size and nature of the order.
  • If you’re not home:
    • For Australia Post deliveries, your parcel may be left in a safe place under our Authority to Leave arrangement. If you prefer your parcel not be left, please let us know at the time of order. If no safe place is available, a collection card will be left for pickup at your local post office.
    • For courier deliveries, the driver may leave the parcel in a safe location. If this is not possible, the courier will leave a card with details for re-delivery or collection.
  • Split deliveries: Your order may arrive in more than one parcel if:
    • an item is too large to ship with others, or
    • an item is out of stock for more than 10 business days.
  • Postage charges: You’ll only be charged postage once per order, even if it arrives in multiple parcels.
  • Heavy or large items: If you see a truck icon alongside a product code, this indicates a heavy or oversized item. An additional $15 delivery charge will apply for each item marked with the truck icon.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

  • Card payments: You’ll only be charged when each item is dispatched.
  • Cheque payments: We must bank the full amount when your order is processed (we cannot split cheque payments).
  • Updates: If you provide an email address or phone number, we’ll send you regular updates on any items you’re waiting for. We do our best to send these updates by email, however, depending on your personal security settings or email preferences, messages may sometimes be blocked or diverted to your spam, junk, or deleted folders. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

 

Returns

  • Change of mind: You may return most items within 45 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage). No explanation is required.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with any batteries removed.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
    • Personalised items
    • Beauty, hygiene, or personal care products
    • Assembled goods
  • Faulty or misdescribed goods: If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return postage and provide a full refund or replacement.

 

How to Return

  1. Call us on 1300 963 369 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) to log your return. This helps us track your item and speed up the refund.
  2. Alternatively, complete and return the Returns/Cancellation Form included with your order. If you don’t have the form, include your customer number, name, address, and order number with the returned goods.

Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund (including postage).
  • After dispatch: You can return the order at your own cost for a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage).
  • To cancel, either:
    • Call us on 1300 963 369, or
    • Return the Cancellation Form included with your order by email or post.

 

Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return, refund, or replacement.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
